After years of doing routines from other people that worked, I wrote up my own routine that I did for a year (shown in other blog articles on this site). Recently, I came across www.AlphaLion.com Supplements and the Co-Founder Troy Adashun and his site www.AlphaLion.com and his YouTube Page.
After watching so many of his videos, and still constantly watching his almost DAILY new uploads, tips and tricks. I put together a routine based off of his principles.
I am not going to get involved here explaining the Balloon Method. You can watch the videos and learn the theory from him, just as I did. But Here, I am going to post links to the videos that you HAVE TO WATCH to understand. His moves and such are not cookie cutter and chances are, they are forgotten moves you may have tried before.
I have included the V-Cut Ab Routine that has MY BIG ASS growing abs!!
Also included, 3 supplemental chest isolation routines to attack INNER, LOWER and UPPER CHEST. You Can and SHOULD do these 2-3 times a week!
So, here we go! I will list this in the order in which my Split is made up of
MONDAY - CHEST
INNER CHEST ROUTINE
